Masters of the Air Exhibition Making a Stop at YXS
On the morning and afternoon of August 1, 2024, the skies of Prince George will be abuzz as the iconic B-17 Flying Fortress, P-40 Kittyhawk, and P-51 Mustang make their journey from Camrose to Vanderhoof. These historic aircraft will make a special flyover above the city before landing at Prince George Airport (YXS) for a media event.
We invite the residents of Prince George to attend the “Masters of the Air Exhibition” hosted by the Vanderhoof International Airshow on August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in Vanderhoof. This exciting exhibition will showcase a remarkable selection of aircraft from the Erickson Aircraft Collection and Yellow Thunder, with opportunities for tours and flight bookings available both on the Vanderhoof International Airshow’s website and at the event itself.
Important Notice: Tours of the aircraft will NOT be available at Prince George Airport. All aircraft tours and related activities will take place exclusively at the Masters of the Air Exhibition in Vanderhoof.
For more information, please visit the Vanderhoof International Airshow’s social media pages.
