UPDATED: Upcoming Live Fire Training at YXS

Prince George, BC – Several live fire training sessions are taking place over the next two weeks at the Prince George Airport (YXS) with another one scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday October 12th. Follow up sessions are also taking place October 13, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20, 2023.

Locals are reminded these fires pose no threat to the public or surrounding areas. These fires are held in self-contained training facilities under controlled circumstances. These fires may produce dark smoke in and around the airport area.
