WestJet Announces New Seasonal Non-stop Service to Puerto Vallarta
Prince George, BC – WestJet has announced that it will fly from Prince George to Puerto Vallarta as part of its winter schedule. The brand new seasonal non-stop service will begin November. Last season was the last in the partnership between Air Transat and WestJet , as WestJet announced that they are continuing and expanding this service with their own WestJet Vacations.
“The PGAA are extremely happy and grateful of this announcement. Westjet’s recognition of the importance of direct air services of this nature is very much supported and appreciated. Over the past four seasons the PGAA, WJ and Transat Holidays have worked tirelessly in promoting and building this product”, states Todd Doherty, Manager of Aviation Services for the PGAA.
“The residents of Northern British Columbia have overwhelmingly supported this service in the past, and with WestJet’s leather seats, in-flight TV, great customer service and now even further extended schedule – this product will once again be a success”, finishes Doherty.
Beginning November 7 and running on Saturday departures, passengers in Northern British Columbia will have the opportunity to go from Snow to Sand with introductory fares starting at $239.00 (plus tax and navigational surcharges).
