OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. CONTEST PERIOD:
The “Puerto Vallarta Hotel Package Giveaway” (the “Contest”) begins on October 9, 2024, and ends on December 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who can travel outside of Canada and have a valid passport. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Prince George Airport Authority and or the Prince George Airport, and any affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and suppliers of prizes are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the online entry form by providing your full name, phone number, and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Entries will be void if they are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of the contest rules.

4. PRIZES:
Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of:
A 3-night all-inclusive stay at a selected hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
$1,000 airfare credit with WestJet for use toward round-trip flights to Puerto Vallarta.

Approximate value of each prize is $2000.00 CAD. Travel dates are subject to hotel and flight availability and blackout periods. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION:
Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on Monday, December 2, 2024. The selected winners will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days following the draw. If a selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first attempt of contact, or if a selected winner does not comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided during entry. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must sign a standard release form confirming compliance with these rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and release of YXS and the Prince George Airport Authority and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Contest organizer.

All travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodation are the responsibility of the winners.

Winners are responsible for any costs not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to transportation to/from the airport, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any other costs incurred.

Contest winner must be able to pick up their prize in person at the Prince George Airport.

8. ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Prince George Airport Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part if the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Prince George Airport Authority, which are final.

10. PRIVACY:
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to the Prince George Airport Authority’s use of their personal information provided for the purpose of administering the Contest, and for promotional purposes related to this contest. No personal information will be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest and award the prizes.

11. GOVERNING LAW:
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules or the rights and obligations of participants or the Prince George Airport Authority in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

12. DISCLAIMER:
The Prince George Airport Authority are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or otherwise ineligible entries. By participating in the Contest, entrants release the Prince George Airport Authority and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
